About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor for a manufacturing facility. The supervisor will lead an assigned building or area, ensure the facility remains clean and meets expectations, and oversee custodial operations. The role includes on-the-job training and calls for someone who can support the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building or area.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department functions and activities.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure custodial-contract needs and requirements are being satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
