2nd Shift Pallets/Janitorial Supervisor
About The Position
ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is seeking a dependable Pallets/Janitorial Supervisor to clean a customer’s office and warehouse facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company provides facility management and maintenance services and has more than 30 years of industry experience. The role involves ensuring services meet established standards, checking service quality, tracking and ordering customer consumables, and communicating professionally with team members, upper management, and customers. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., and pays $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and access to benefits. Two positions are available.
Requirements
- Ability to manage effectively, with good communication and people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality control of services using customized scorecards.
- Accurately track and order the customer’s consumables inventory.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
- Take direction.
- Perform additional duties as needed to complete the work well and on time.
