About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Mt. Holly, North Carolina. The supervisor leads an assigned building or area and ensures the facility remains clean and meets expectations. The role oversees custodial operations and workflow, supports department planning and coordination, and communicates with the client and facility personnel to ensure custodial contract needs are met. The supervisor is also expected to demonstrate and promote the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building or area.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department functions and activities.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure their custodial contract needs and requirements are satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
