About The Position

TC Services is hiring a full-time, second-shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee and support cleaning teams across Greenwood, Laurens, Clinton, McCormick, and Abbeville. The role helps ensure that cleaning operations run smoothly and that clients receive high standards of cleanliness and service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 30–40 hours per week or more, with weekends as needed. The shift starts around 5:00 PM. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience, and is paid weekly. Mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO are offered.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• E-Verify completion is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning motions.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the Greenwood, Abbeville, McCormick, Clinton, and Laurens areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple areas.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Handle incident reports and customer work orders.
• Perform hands-on janitorial tasks when needed.
• Cover shifts when team members are absent.
• Track supplies and maintain clear communication with leadership.
