2nd Shift Pallets/Janitorial Supervisor
About The Position
ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC is seeking a dependable Pallets/Janitorial Supervisor to clean a customer’s office and warehouse facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role includes supervising service quality and timeliness, tracking and ordering customer consumables, and communicating professionally with team members, upper management, and customers. The company is a facility management and maintenance provider with more than 30 years of industry experience, headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly. Access to benefits is offered. Two positions are available.
Requirements
- Ability to manage effectively, with good communication and people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Perform quality control of services using customized scorecards.
- Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of the client's consumables inventory.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
- Take direction.
- Perform additional duties as needed to complete the work well and on time.
