About The Position

Scioto Services, a Marsden Holding Company, is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor to maintain the general cleanliness of an assigned building and support the cleaning team. The role includes helping train associates, communicating directions and expectations, promoting workplace safety, completing nightly inspections, and managing building closets and the chemical program. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with occasional weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and fingerprinting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness of the assigned building.
• Assist with training new and existing associates on general cleaning, equipment, and maintenance.
• Clearly and effectively communicate directions and expectations.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Complete nightly condition and quality inspections.
• Organize and maintain the building’s closets and chemical program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
