About The Position

TC Services is hiring a part-time Janitorial Supervisor in Ridgeland, South Carolina. The supervisor helps ensure cleaning operations run smoothly and meet the company’s cleanliness and customer-satisfaction standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, for 15–30 hours per week. The shift starts around 4:00 PM. The role requires travel among multiple locations in the upstate, potentially between areas such as Savannah, Charleston, and Allendale, with approximately 1–2 hours of driving in any direction. The supervisor trains and supports new employees, monitors cleaning quality, handles incident reports and customer inspections or work orders, and communicates with management about daily operations. The role also includes janitorial work, covering absent employees’ shifts, confirming task completion in coordination with the Operations Manager, and tracking supplies and inventory.

Requirements

Pass a drug screening and background check.
Complete the E-Verify process.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to lift or carry 35 pounds and perform repetitive pushing and pulling motions for cleaning without assistance.
Be at least 21 years old.
Be willing to travel to multiple locations in the upstate.

Responsibilities

Train and support new employees during onboarding.
Monitor and inspect work during and after shifts to ensure quality.
Complete and submit incident reports when necessary.
Communicate with the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding daily operations.
Address customer inspections or work orders received by email.
Perform dusting and other janitorial tasks at assigned facilities; address unfinished work on weekends.
Cover shifts for absent employees while managing supervisory duties.
Confirm task completion so the Operations Manager can update tasks in Cleantelligent.
Log supplies and inventory using the designated tracking system.
