About The Position

This individual provides support to a designated facility wherever a need arises. Responsibilities may change from day to day, with the goal of maintaining consistency in the facility’s workflow. The position involves monitoring facility areas and assets, supporting activities and events, managing supplies, troubleshooting facilities matters, and coordinating with building management on applicable policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Frequently conduct facility walkthroughs to identify areas or assets needing attention.
• Provide logistical support for activities and events.
• Maintain, manage, and order supplies.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and project-manage facilities matters.
• Partner with building management to follow and apply guidelines concerning front- and back-of-house policies for employees, facilities, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
