About The Position
The Janitorial Supervisor leads campus custodial operations at an on-site client campus in Charleston, South Carolina. The supervisor works alongside the custodial crew to keep learning spaces spotless, inspect academic halls, train staff, delegate daily floor-care tasks, and maintain safety standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for campus facility needs and coaches the cleaning team to deliver high-quality results. The position is full-time, first shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of custodial, cleaning, or janitorial leadership experience.
- Experience guiding teams, setting daily work routines, and managing supplies.
- Strong communication skills and dependability.
- Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
Responsibilities
