About The Position

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a dependable, motivated Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to support daily operations in the Greensburg, Pennsylvania area. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing team performance, maintaining quality standards, supporting staff, and assisting with operational needs. The role is scheduled Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekends as needed, and pays $21.00–$24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards.
• Train, support, and motivate team members.
• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and place supply orders.
• Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Assist with coverage when needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning.
