About The Position

The Janitorial Manager oversees cleaning staff and works alongside the team to ensure services are completed on time and to established standards. The role includes managing labor needs, monitoring service quality, tracking and ordering client consumables, reporting progress, and assisting with employee recruiting and onboarding. The manager must communicate professionally with team members, upper management, and customers and resolve conflicts effectively. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This is a full-time position in Memphis, Tennessee, scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with on-call responsibilities. Pay is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with a cleaning crew or team.
• Physical ability to perform the job, including being on one's feet for the entire shift.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
• Strong ability to resolve conflict effectively.
• Passion for a job well done.

• Previous supervisor experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor needs and the cleaning crew.

• Perform additional duties as needed to complete work well and on time.
