Janitorial Manager
About The Position
The Janitorial Manager oversees cleaning operations and works alongside the cleaning crew to ensure services are completed to established standards and on time. The role manages labor needs, monitors service quality using customized scorecards, tracks and orders client consumables, and prepares site-specific weekly progress reports. The manager also assists with employee recruiting and onboarding, communicates with team members, upper management, and customers, and handles additional duties as needed. The position is based in Memphis, Tennessee, and is full-time with on-call responsibilities. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Pay is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with a cleaning crew or team.
- Physical ability to perform the job, including remaining on one's feet for the entire shift.
- Passion for a job well done.

- Previous supervisor experience is highly preferred.
