About The Position

The Cleaning Floater provides janitorial and light facility support across multiple client sites within a 10-mile radius of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role fills in for employee call-offs, vacations, special projects, and other service-related needs to help ensure each location maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. The employee must be willing to work flexible hours and travel between multiple locations.

Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations within a 10-mile radius of Pittsburgh.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Ability to work effectively with other crew members.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to accept short-notice assignment changes when feasible and communicate availability promptly.

Nice To Haves

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean multiple buildings throughout the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
• Clean restrooms and breakrooms, dust, and remove trash.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum.
• Fill in for employee call-offs, vacations, special projects, and other service-related needs.
• Listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Communicate availability promptly and accept short-notice assignment changes when feasible.
