About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable, experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across assigned facilities and maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary workplace. The role supports a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The schedule varies and may include days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays to cover staff vacations, sick calls, and other vacancies as needed. The listed pay rate is $21.75 per hour; an individual offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
