About The Position
SMI Security is seeking two highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Unarmed Security Officers for its On-Call Floater team. This role provides security coverage at various SMI accounts throughout Miami-Dade County, assists with last-minute staffing needs and call-outs, and provides backup support to the Road Captain team. Officers must maintain professionalism and flexibility while working at different locations. The position offers opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.
Requirements
- Speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Hold a valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Be flexible and available for morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Be dependable and professional.
- Be willing to travel throughout Miami-Dade County.
Responsibilities
