About The Position

Northwest Center is hiring a dedicated and reliable Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and tidy spaces. The role includes routine cleaning and sanitizing, keeping supplies stocked, and assisting with minor maintenance as needed. Training is provided. The position is in Seattle, Washington, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Applicants who disclose a disability will be given preference.

Requirements

No prior custodial experience is required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Ensure cleaning supplies are well-stocked.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
