About The Position

Northwest Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to maintain clean, safe, and tidy spaces. The organization provides training and describes the team as inclusive, supportive, and collaborative. The position is located in Seattle, Washington, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Pay is $21.55 per hour, with an additional $5.09 per hour for health and welfare. Requirements

• No prior custodial experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Able to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are well-stocked.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
