About The Position

Assist servers in providing proper, prompt, and courteous service to guests. The role involves preparing and maintaining dining stations, setting tables, assisting during meal periods, and completing related cleaning and stocking duties. The position requires familiarity with fine dining service, menus, and beverage offerings. Seasonal, full-time, and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist servers to ensure proper, prompt, and courteous service to all guests.
Set up and break down stations and complete side work.
Polish and clean glassware and silverware.
Prepare dollies and underliners and stock supplies in side stands.
Clean coffee machines and prepare coffee; set up the tea station and obtain ice.
Dust tables, including table legs.
Receive rolls and place them in warmers.
Put milk in refrigerators and set up creamers.
Pre-set breadbaskets with napkins.
Pick up linen and check off and pick up storeroom supplies.
Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silverware, and glassware.
Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications.
Assist servers during meal periods.
Remove extra place settings and pour water.
Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
