About The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager manages and coordinates all food and beverage operations at the Hutton Hotel, including budgets, customer satisfaction, menu development, and inventory. The role calls for a dynamic, experienced leader with a passion for food and beverage and a proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficiency in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
