Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to Miele customers regarding high-end consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Assist clients with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance on the premium Miele product range.
• Manage communication via telephone, email, and chat, maintaining the brand’s high standards of quality.
• Process service requests and warranty inquiries accurately within the consumer electronics support portal.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized solutions and product recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
