Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
- Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
- Strong affinity for technology and passion for the IT industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical assistance for Microsoft software and service ecosystems.
- Resolve complex IT inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring maximum user satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and troubleshooting steps within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve critical product concerns.
- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) within the fast-paced Information Technology sector.
