Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze banking transactions to identify suspicious activity, ensuring compliance with strict anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into potential financial crimes and report findings to the relevant banking compliance departments.
• Provide high-level support and guidance to Italian-speaking customers regarding banking security and account protection.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all investigations and customer interactions in accordance with European banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine detection algorithms and streamline financial crime prevention workflows.
• Ensure that all banking operations adhere to current legal frameworks, mitigating institutional risk through diligent oversight.
• Stay updated on emerging fraud trends within the global banking sector to provide proactive protection for the institution and its clients.
