About The Position

Stefanini Group is looking for an IT Warehouse Associate for a globally recognized company. This depot tech position is needed for computer/peripheral shipping, receiving, and inventory monitoring. It is for a temporary 4-month project focused on refreshing and shipping computers and receiving older computers back. The job involves assisting with computer wipes, base images, shipping, packaging, receiving, and inventory. The ability to organize and compartmentalize multiple tasks is a must, as are demonstrable teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds and maneuver manual pallet jack
• Demonstrated organization skills to track computers ready to ship, peripherals ready to ship, received computers and peripherals
• Experience with ServiceNow - receiving against POs and asset management
• Strong documentation and communication skills for updating tickets and working with end-users
• Experience with shipping procedures and guidelines for computer devices
• Inventory tracking experience
• Experience handling received computers for quarantine and drive wipe processes
• Ability to organize and compartmentalize multiple tasks
• Demonstrable teamwork skills
