About The Position

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Warehouse Associate for a globally recognized company. This temporary, four-month depot technology project focuses on refreshing and shipping computers and receiving older computers in return. The role involves assisting with computer wipes, base imaging, shipping, packaging, receiving, and inventory management. The associate will also handle returned computers for quarantine and drive-wipe processes and keep track of computers and peripherals that are ready to ship or have been received. The position requires organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks, teamwork, and the ability to lift 40 pounds and maneuver a manual pallet jack.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds and maneuver a manual pallet jack.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for tracking computers and peripherals ready to ship and items received.
• Experience with ServiceNow, including receiving against purchase orders and asset management.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for updating tickets and working with end users.
• Experience with shipping procedures and guidelines for computer devices.
• Inventory tracking experience.
• Experience handling received computers for quarantine and drive-wipe processes.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrable teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
