The position duties include a wide range of activities related to the administration and support of the various computer systems, as well as preparing data analysis, documenting processes and procedures, and developing reports and presentations. The role operates under the direct general supervision of the IT Systems Coordinator and does not supervise other employees. The IT Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple systems, monitoring employee use, identifying training opportunities, assisting with technological solutions and upgrades, and supporting call center hardware and software. This role also involves processing new hire, termination, and access request paperwork, assisting staff with system usage, organizing and maintaining SharePoint sites, reviewing and processing data for PIC/EIV access, documenting system workflows, evaluating information, explaining reports, acting as first response in emergency situations for business continuity, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all job functions align with relevant regulations. Additionally, the position requires obtaining certification in Housing Choice Voucher Specialist within 120 days of employment, ensuring regular attendance and punctuality, and performing other assigned duties.
