About The Position

One Health is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to support staff across its Bozeman, Belgrade, and Livingston clinics and other sites as needed. The technician helps ensure employees have the technology needed to deliver patient care by troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware and software, and supporting technology across multiple locations. The role is based in the Bozeman area and involves travel between clinics. The schedule is full-time, four days per week at 10 hours per day, with pay of $22.88–$24.41 per hour, depending on experience.

One Health is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving rural communities across Montana and Wyoming. Its integrated services include medical, behavioral health, community health, pharmacy, dental, and public health care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 1 year of IT experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience, or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running efficiently.
• Install and set up workstations, hardware, software, and user accounts.
• Train employees on technology use and provide on-demand support.
• Maintain accurate inventories of equipment, software, and technology resources.
• Monitor system performance, security, and accessibility across sites.
• Recommend technology improvements, upgrades, and solutions.
• Travel between the Bozeman, Belgrade, and Livingston clinics and other sites as needed.
