About The Position

The IT Support Specialist is Paragon Behavioral Health Connections’ hands-on technology generalist and first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance. The role manages the support ticket queue, user accounts, devices, hardware inventory, security response, office networking, phones, software requests, licenses, and IT vendors across multiple sites. The primary platform is Google Workspace, with additional support for Microsoft 365, Windows and Chromebook devices, mobile phones, VoIP, and office networks. The Chief Technology Officer is the escalation point. The position is remote-first in the Denver metro area, with work at the Lakewood office one to two days per week to prepare, wipe, and ship laptops and mobile devices. Occasional travel to other Paragon sites, up to a couple of hours away, is required a handful of times per year. The schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours, with occasional after-hours work for maintenance windows or incidents. This full-time, exempt role is suited to someone with at least two years of IT support experience seeking broader responsibilities than a Tier 1 support queue.
