TSTC is looking for a dependable, customer-focused IT Support Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle basic ticket management and troubleshooting while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, the candidate needs to be able to communicate clearly with end users of all technical levels and is genuinely motivated to grow their career in IT. This is a part-time, non-exempt, W-2 hourly position for approximately 40-45 hours per month. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Arlington, VA. Successful candidate MUST reside in a HUBZone. This is a requirement.
