The ideal candidate will be adept at managing basic tickets and troubleshooting issues while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This is a part-time, non-exempt, W-2 hourly position, requiring approximately 40-45 hours per month. A critical requirement for this role is that the successful candidate MUST reside in a HUBZone.
