About The Position

TSTC is seeking a dependable, customer-focused IT Support Desk Analyst to act as the primary point of contact for IT support throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing basic tickets and troubleshooting issues while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The role requires clear communication with end-users of all technical proficiencies and a strong motivation for career advancement in IT. This is a part-time, non-exempt, W-2 hourly position, requiring approximately 40-45 hours per month. A critical requirement for this role is that the successful candidate MUST reside in a HUBZone.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in an IT support or customer service role
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow documented procedures accurately and consistently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts such as Wi-Fi, encryption, MFA
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must reside in a HUBZone
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Arlington, VA

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with any ticketing or help desk system is a plus
