About The Position

Dynamic Group is seeking an in-house IT Specialist to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization’s technology systems. The role helps ensure the efficient operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure and provides technical guidance and support to employees. The specialist works across departments to assess technology needs, develop solutions, manage vendor relationships, and stay current with technologies that can enhance organizational performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems.
Familiarity with Google, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and account management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to track assets and repairs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Approve and order IT equipment requests.
Train new employees on systems, tools, and procedures.
Handle onboarding and terminations, ensuring access is restricted when appropriate.
Create and manage email signatures for new hires.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and troubleshooting.
Maintain the employee directory and group email accounts.
Collaborate with IT partners and vendors to resolve issues.
Manage IT partner and vendor accounts.
Support employees’ IT needs.
Monitor Verizon, AT&T, and Dell accounts.
Tag and track IT equipment, repairs, and associated costs.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security.
Oversee the technical needs and functionality of conference room systems.
Conduct regular data backups and integrity checks.
