About The Position

The IT Project Manager will manage end-to-end ServiceNow module implementation and enhancement projects, from initiation and requirements gathering through deployment and transition to operations. The role includes planning, scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder management, risk and issue tracking, implementation oversight, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. The project manager will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, ServiceNow developers, platform architects, cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors to deliver projects within agreed scope and timelines. The role coordinates initiatives involving business continuity planning, ERP resiliency, disaster recovery, AI governance through ServiceNow AI Control Tower or related capabilities, and vulnerability management. Responsibilities include coordinating requirements and solution design, configuration and development, integrations, testing, release readiness, documentation, approvals, and operational handover. The position is based on-site in downtown Houston from Day 1; remote work is not permitted. The stated duration is 6+ months.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT project management, technology delivery, or implementation management.
  • Experience managing IT projects and hands-on exposure to ServiceNow module implementations.
  • Ability to manage implementation activities across business continuity and disaster recovery, AI Control Tower, and vulnerability management initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating requirements gathering, development, integrations, testing, deployment, support transition, and go-live for ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
  • Must work on-site in downtown Houston from Day 1; no remote work is permitted, and written confirmation of on-site availability is required.
  • Experience in at least one of the listed areas—business continuity/disaster recovery, AI Control Tower, or vulnerability management—is asked about in the candidate skill matrix; the posting does not clearly state this as a mandatory qualification.
  • The posting asks candidates to specify which ServiceNow modules they have implemented or enhanced and their specific role, and to distinguish implementation experience from using ServiceNow only for tickets, incident management, or project tracking.
