About The Position

Implementations at Chariot is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for helping nonprofits and grantmakers activate Chariot products and continue getting value from them after launch. The role leads partner onboarding from signing—sometimes earlier for larger or more technical deals—through go-live, then remains engaged as accounts grow by rolling out features, monitoring product use, and identifying opportunities for customers to get more value. A central part of the work is learning what is and is not working for customers and helping each partner achieve results with Chariot. The person in this role owns a portfolio of nonprofit or grantmaker accounts and works with the Implementations team to continuously improve onboarding. The role involves running multiple onboardings, understanding partners’ donation or grant disbursement processes, configuring Chariot to fit their needs, supporting adoption, and sharing customer feedback with the product team. More experienced candidates may also help build out the team.
