About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid position with a global financial institution in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role plans, coordinates, and delivers defined deliverables for a larger program involving teams across multiple organizations. The successful candidate ensures execution and delivery meet expectations for target outcomes, timeline, and cost. The position requires working onsite at least three days per week.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in financial management and reporting.
• Excellent C-suite-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide visibility into program health.
• Manage program financials and assist with resource planning.
• Facilitate coordination points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
