About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Program Manager for a hybrid position with a global financial institution in Jersey City, New Jersey, or Addison, Texas. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity requiring at least three onsite days per week. The role plans, coordinates, and delivers defined deliverables involving multiple Agile teams across projects and programs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Agile solution process and will help implement and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
- Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools, including report development.
- Experience with an enterprise program and project tool, such as PPRT.
- Leadership presence.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and removal of impediments for defined deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with standards and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of projects, programs, and associated deliverables.
- Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
- Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
- Guide teams on creating and managing an intake process and healthy backlog, and on facilitating valuable Agile ceremonies.
- Help teams optimize their implementation of enterprise Agile standards and practices.
- Identify and resolve organizational impediments that affect team maturity and performance.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders.
- Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable agility.
- Contribute artifacts for governance forums and create regular updates based on stakeholder expectations.
- Support resource planning.
