About the position
We are seeking an IT Manager to drive IT process innovation and improve the IT environment at SRA. The main responsibilities of this role include coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing IT architecture, developing IT strategy, and performing IT administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT engineering and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Korean is required, and experience working in a global organization is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategy, planning, design, and implementation for offices, labs, and other locations across the region
- Manage and oversee regionally focused IT initiatives
- Possess working knowledge of Cisco network, PA networks, VMware, Aruba, Microsoft, SaaS applications management, ITSM applications, Service Now, Confluence, MAC, Linux, Windows OS
- Have working knowledge of cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, GCP, SolarWinds
- Collaborate closely with IT Leadership peers to deliver integrated solutions and services
- Participate in workgroups and steering committees to enhance the efficiency of global IT operations
- Ensure availability and responsiveness of enterprise infrastructure meets regional goals and requirements
- Benchmark, analyze, and make recommendations for performance and service improvements
- Create technology standards specific to international regions and integrate them into global standards
- Manage regional budgets and spending to maximize value to cost ratio
- Lead regional vendor relationships and performance to service level agreements and contracts
- Support R&D activities as needed
- Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Fluent in Korean language
- Have 5+ years of IT engineering experience
- Have 5+ years of IT project management experience
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication with all levels of the organization
- Ability to think creatively and co-create solutions with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of change management
- Ability to work well in ambiguity and lead through adversity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a global organization is preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Business Fluent in Korean Language is required
- 5+ years of IT engineering experience
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to think creatively, diagnose problems and co-create solutions with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative, and understanding of change management (across multiple organizations)
- Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a global organization is preferred
