Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or similar — enough to build and maintain simple tools.
  • Active AI tool user (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) — not just awareness, actual workflow integration.
  • Sharp attention to detail — you catch the mismatch before it causes a problem.
  • Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-directed — you can be handed a problem with no playbook and figure it out.
  • Proficient in Excel; willing to learn Power BI.
  • Employment/education will be verified.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • ServiceTitan or similar field service platform experience.
  • Salesforce or CRM familiarity.
  • Built internal tools, automations, or micro apps — side projects count.
  • REST APIs, Power Automate, or Zapier exposure.
  • Mobile device or IT asset administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-Powered Micro Tools: Design and build internal tools using AI APIs that automate repetitive tasks for dispatchers, techs, and office staff.
  • Translate operational pain points into working prototypes — not decks, actual tools.
  • Identify automation opportunities by spending time with each team.
  • Document tools so non-technical staff can use and maintain them.
  • Own Systems & Administration: System Reconciliation — identify mismatches and maintain data accuracy.
  • Manage ServiceTitan users: onboarding, roles, permissions, and settings.
  • Administer company cell phones — setup, assignments, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and triage MSP helpdesk tickets — track open issues, follow up on resolution timelines, and escalate when needed.
  • Support testing and rollout of system updates and integrations.
  • Reporting & Operations Support: Build and maintain Excel and Power BI reports for leadership.
  • Validate and clean data across systems; document SOPs as they evolve.
  • Work directly with dispatchers, techs, and managers on real-world workflow problems.
