About The Position

Nox Group is seeking an IT Coordinator to join its growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. The position coordinates IT assets and requests across technology including workstations, servers, printers, networks, cell phones, desk phones, and vendor-specific hardware and software. The coordinator also implements internal systems and assists IT team members with requests, helping Nox Group and its companies grow.

Responsibilities

• Enter devices into the system.
• Audit device lists for accuracy.
• Perform quality assurance on device setups.
• Ensure IT requests are progressing and the device pickup pile is accurate.
• Monitor device shipments.
• Ensure the device backlog is accurate.
• Set up users and process separations.
• Monitor the ticketing system for stale tickets.
• Document maintenance and upgrades in system documentation.
• Communicate with users as required and keep them informed of incident progress.
• Document maintenance for computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Review documentation to ensure it meets enterprise standards.
• Review inventory for outdated or out-of-specification devices.
• Implement internal systems and assist IT team members with requests.
