Nox Group of Companies is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona! This position coordinates assets and requests for the IT department. This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, cell phones, desk phones, and vendor-specific hardware and software. The role also implements internal systems and assists IT team members with requests. This position will help Nox Group and its companies grow.

Responsibilities

  • Entering devices into the system
  • Audit device list for accuracy
  • QA device setups
  • Ensure IT Requests are moving and the device pickup pile is accurate
  • Monitor Shipping for devices
  • Ensuring Backlog of devices are accurate
  • User Setup
  • Separations
  • Monitor the ticketing system for stale tickets
  • System documentation of maintenance and upgrades.
  • Communicate with users as required: keep them informed of incident progress.
  • Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Review documentation and ensure it meets enterprise standards.
  • Review inventory for out-of-date/spec devices
