Requirements

1+ year(s) experience in a help desk or IT-related role
Experience with triaging Level 1 IT requests
Familiar with Apple Devices & MacOS administration
Basic understanding of networking concepts

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SaaS Software Administration
Experience with a CRM or IT Ticketing System
G-Suite or Office365 Administration
Single-Sign-On (SSO) SAML Administration
Experience with Mobile Device Management
Experience with Networking Devices

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for all IT related questions
Assist with onboarding new hires
Working with all departments to find the best solution for day-to-day IT requirements
Contribute to building the IT infrastructure and IT Documentation Database
Keep an up-to-date IT Asset list
Project based work including hardware and software implementation
