About The Position

Jobber is seeking an IT Coordinator to join their IT team in Edmonton, AB. This is an in-office role requiring attendance 5 days per week. Jobber focuses on helping small home service businesses succeed through technology, enabling them to quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments. Requirements

Experience supporting macOS hardware and associated tools in a customer-facing or corporate IT environment
Understanding of IT fundamentals, tools, and best practices
The ability to troubleshoot complicated problems and seek out new information
A customer experience focused mindset
Strong attention to detail, great communication skills and eagerness to learn new things constantly

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle
Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications, such as: Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, and Cisco Meraki.
You have a great understanding of AV equipment (Zoom Rooms)

Responsibilities

Take ownership of support desk duties and be the face of Jobber IT
Provide technical support related to laptops, software, printers, video conferencing equipment, and mobile devices
Deploy equipment for new employees and help manage hardware inventory
Keep our knowledge base and documentation up to date.
Create, add and modify accounts and services across our various platforms
