About The Position

Newell Brands is a leading global consumer goods company with a portfolio of iconic brands. The Summer Internship Program (CAMP- Career Acceleration and Mentorship Program) is designed to provide a diverse pool of talent for critical projects and entry-level hires. This 12-week, paid program offers challenging projects, mentorship, volunteer and social activities, visibility to key leaders, and professional development. As an IT Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting technology solutions and business operations within a global consumer goods company. Internship assignments will vary based on business needs, team placement, and individual interests.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic business setting.
• Completed Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year in undergraduate studies pertaining to internship job function.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 12 weeks; duration of internship (May 17- August 6, 2027)

Responsibilities

• Supporting technology-related projects and initiatives.
• Assisting with hardware, software, and end-user support activities.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and helping resolve user requests.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Analyzing information, identifying solutions, and supporting process improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
