IT Endpoint Analyst
About The Position
The IT Endpoint Analyst provisions and manages the lifecycle of hardware and software, and uses Microsoft Intune to monitor, test, and distribute operating system updates, drivers, and security patches. The role fulfills requests for hardware, software, and office supplies; coordinates with vendors on pricing, product availability, and delivery times; assists with Tier I Service Desk troubleshooting; and maintains an accurate hardware asset inventory database. The position handles Protected Health Information (PHI) for document and report preparation and must follow policies and procedures to protect PHI as required by the HIPAA Privacy Rule. Work takes place in an office environment and in the field. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Duties and responsibilities may change.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Foundation in software, hardware, and network processes and support.
- Experience supporting various operating systems, including Windows 11 and Mac OS.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on helping others.
- Ability to diagnose and fix computer hardware, software, network, and printer problems.
Nice To Haves
- Entry-level IT certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
