About The Position

Come shape the future of technology at a growing company and position IT as a key part of the company’s success. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing a companywide IT strategy (i.e., systems, policies, and initiatives) to enhance operational efficiencies and help the company to continue to grow. The IT Director will lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation across the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, technology investments, etc. Additionally, the role includes leading, coaching, and mentoring the company’s IT team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior management experience in IT
• 8+ years of experience with manufacturing IT systems (i.e., MES, ERP, automation, plant floor technologies, etc.)
• Must have expertise across IT infrastructure, business intelligence, cybersecurity, AI, and application development
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field is required
• Strong leadership and project management skills

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred
