About The Position

Great American Insurance Group is seeking an IT Data Intern for summer 2027 to support its Property & Casualty IT Services Data team. P&C IT Services provides technology services that help business units and corporate functions manage information and business processes. This hybrid role combines in-office and remote work, with a meaningful on-site presence expected and at least three days per week in the office.

The intern will support the Data team’s transition to SharePoint Modern, help organize existing documentation and convert it into SharePoint Modern pages, and gain hands-on experience with Informatica on-premises and cloud integration tools. The role also involves documenting processes, standards, and technical information with the team, and participating in team meetings, training sessions, and assigned data initiatives.

Applicants should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, work ethic, and attention-to-detail skills, along with a willingness to learn new data technologies, tools, and processes. Requirements

• Ability to work in the office at least three days a week.
