About The Position
NationMind LLC is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst for a lead position focused on M365 operations and adoption. This role involves optimizing and streamlining business processes for a client by leveraging the M365 platform. The analyst will lead adoption projects, ensure smooth daily operations, communicate roadmap changes, collaborate on desktop app support, and work with management to create support processes. Additionally, the role includes establishing a Power Platform development practice and DevOps operation, facilitating user requests for M365 integrations and premium product licensing, leading AI adoption for Copilot/GitHub Copilot, and collaborating with various teams on administrative needs. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of the M365 platform.
- Experience rolling out features to multiple business units.
- Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Lead M365 adoption projects, including department-specific requests, migration of on-premises SharePoint Intranet to SharePoint Online, and adoption of SPO/Teams at the department level.
- Replace Project Server Online.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the M365 platform.
- Communicate M365 roadmap changes to the client.
- Collaborate with the client on Desktop App support.
- Work with the client's management to create support processes.
- Create a Power Platform development practice and DevOps operation.
- Facilitate user requests for M365 integrations.
- Facilitate user licensing requests for premium products.
- Lead AI adoption for Copilot / GitHub Copilot.
- Collaborate with the Security Office on tenant level changes.
- Collaborate with the WEB and ECM teams on their SharePoint administrative needs.
