About The Position

ZipStaff is hiring an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst for a client described as a global leader in consumer packaged goods. The analyst will support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to assess current-state processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate business objectives into technology-enabled solutions. Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is key to the role.

Requirements

Extensive, tenured business analysis experience.
Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process experience.
Experience supporting large, complex business and technology transformations.
Ability to navigate complex organizational and technology ecosystems.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and influence decisions across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and validation.
Analyze current- and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions and align business and technology stakeholders.
Support solution design, testing, requirements traceability, and implementation readiness.
Assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies associated with transformation initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement and help ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.
Provide guidance and leadership in business analysis activities as needed.
