About The Position

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company that provides collaboration and business IT support services. The IT Asset Technician manages end-user hardware and asset requests, including inventory, shipping, device lifecycle management, and logistics. The role ensures timely fulfillment of requests, maintains accurate asset records, supports inventory operations, and helps deliver a seamless IT support experience for employees globally. The position also provides additional support for Indeed offices as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage global end-user asset and consumable requests.
Triage, resolve, pack, and ship end-user hardware requests.
Monitor and triage the remote hardware request queue.
Check orders daily for accuracy before handoff to the courier.
Maintain an adequate warehouse inventory of Grade B assets and refresh it as newer devices arrive.
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support for further instructions.
Monitor daily outbound shipments and update tickets when shipments are delivered.
Escalate delivery issues to Tier 2 support.
Receive and catalog inbound hardware in the warehouse using the asset management system.
Monitor and track leaver requests and document reverse logistics.
Conduct monthly inventory counts of warehouse assets and consumables.
Arrange routine collection of listed e-waste devices with Indeed-managed vendors.
Provide additional support for Indeed offices as needed.
