About The Position

WQS Industrial is now recruiting IRATA Certified, Rope Access Technicians for the Fall 2026 Turnaround Season, with major projects in the Fort McMurray region. WQS IND will be giving away one brand-new vehicle to an eligible WQS IND employee. Employees who commit to and complete their entire Turnaround assignment may have the opportunity to qualify for the draw. Requirements

Rope Access IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification is required.
Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract.
Common Safety Orientation & Confined Space Certification are a bonus.

Responsibilities

Commit to and complete their entire Turnaround assignment.
Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.
