NDT Technicians - 2026 Fall Turnaround
About The Position
WQS Non-Destructive Testing (WQS NDT) is currently recruiting experienced, proficient, CGSB certified Technicians for Fall 2026 Turnaround scopes. Turnaround employment opportunities are available in both Central Alberta and Northern Alberta. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to join their local WQS NDT Call-Out team afterwards. The anticipated duration for these roles is September 2026 - October 2026. WQS NDT will be giving away one brand-new vehicle to an eligible WQS NDT employee. Employees who commit to and complete their entire Turnaround assignment may have the opportunity to qualify for the draw. Official contest rules and eligibility details will be provided to eligible participants.
Requirements
- Multi-ticketed CGSB Technicians.
- Must be Fit for Duty at all times.
- Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract.
- Solid technical skills and proven track record as a proficient NDT technician.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.
Nice To Haves
- First Aid Certification
- Confined Space Certification
Responsibilities
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing services.
- Commit to and complete entire Turnaround assignment to be eligible for vehicle draw.
- Comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace, including alcohol and drug testing.
