About The Position

As an Investment Banking Analyst in Industrials, you will support deal execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management. You will participate in training designed to build the foundational financial, technical, and professional skills needed for a career in investment banking. The role includes supporting transaction analysis and execution, strategic advisory mandates, capital markets transactions, and deal origination while ensuring the accuracy and quality of client deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced financial modeling skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player and self-starter.
SIE, S63, and S79 certifications are required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience in finance, business, or a related field or sector.
Experience in the relevant sector is preferred.
Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.

Responsibilities

Participate in the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program to develop financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination efforts.
Build and maintain detailed financial models for transaction analysis, including M&A, LBOs, and capital raising activities.
Assist with live transaction execution, including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on strategic advisory mandates and capital markets transactions.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of presentation materials and client deliverables.
